NOTE: No one under the age of sixteen (16), is permitted in the Pits. An acceptable picture ID is required at the Pit Entrance for anyone appearing to be age twenty-five (25), or younger.
FYI
During the 2008 season we will be observing, seeking input and testing with Crate motors, weights, tires and spoilers. Our plan is to refine the rules to where you can use either your current steel block motor or use a Crate motor. With that being said UMP DIRTcar racing has every intention of growing this class and trying to make it better for everyone.
THE STATEMENT: Unless it came on a stock, mass produced vehicle, it is not legal unless specified here! If it came on a stock, mass produced vehicle and it is prohibited here, it is not legal! All dimensions are referenced as the car is raced. Your tire pressures, spring settings, etc. may put your car out of limits. No variances are allowed when/if the cars are checked/weighed going onto the track. Following the race, decisions on variances for accidents is at the discretion of the Tech Inspector(s).
